Salima Barday Gowani is a creative musician passionate about performance and education. Trained at The Juilliard School (BMus, Peter Mennin Prize) and the Guildhall School of Music & Drama (MLead) on double bass, she also plays ukulele, electric bass guitar and sings. Her performance and education experience ranges from work with the London Symphony Orchestra and English National Ballet to artists such as Nitin Sawhney and Emeli Sandé.
